June updates

It’s been a while since the last update, but that doesn’t mean we’re not working our butts off :)

First and foremost we’d like to extend our congratulations to Derek Douglas and his wife on the birth of their first born, Wyatt. Welcome to the world little guy.



As for the state of current McHozer projects:

Agent - Currently working on the flats and inks with only two pages remaining before we move on to the shading and highlights.

Celtic Shaman - Also working on the colors and inks. 3 pages left to do before I move on to the shading.

XUL: The Gabriel Pope Diaries - First page is done inking, hope to be able to move on to colors soon.

Bread and Honey

We had a great time at the 2008 Bread and Honey parade. Here are a few photos of the event. Thanks to Image Collections for having us and thanks to all the people who kept our artists busy.

I'm pleased to be able to show off some preview images for the upcoming book "Agent" by Brian McKay. Now it's off to be colored and lettered.

Bread and Honey

McHozers will be appearing at Image Collections in Streetsville on June 7th during the annual Bread and Honey festival. We will be showing off artwork from our upcoming titles and doing free sketches. Stop by and say hi to McHozer regulars Brian, Chris, Oshouki and joining us for the first time at this event, talented writer/artist Derek Douglas.

Celtic Shaman

On Free Comic Book day Oshouki unveiled another possible cover image for Celtic Shaman. Here it is in all it's glory. Not the finished product yet, but you really get a sense of what it's going to look like.
